In Thailand there is a very popular seafood dipping sauce that is found virtually all around the country. It is known as "Nam Jim Seafood" sauce. My mom has been making this sauce since I was a child using a special recipe that has been in our family for generations.

When I came to America I was surprised that many here have never experienced such a wonderful spicy and flavorful sauce. Some similar Thai-style sauces that are commercially available here are not even close in freshness and flavor to my homemade sauce. They contain some ingredients that I can't even pronounce. There simply is no comparison to the freshness and wonderful flavor of Nam Jim by Sutta.
 
I began making my sauce at home for my family and friends. Everyone who tries it absolutely loves it. So with the encouragement of my family and friends, and my own desire to share this wonderful and authentic flavor, Nam Jim by Sutta was born!
