DOTI, short for Daughters of Taiwan & Indonesia, makes small-batch Indonesian sambal in a licensed commercial kitchen in Long Island City. Made the traditional way with hand-fried shallot and garlic, their Original and Tomato sambals are vegan, preservative-free, and meant to live on the table as an everyday finishing sauce. After selling out their debut market pop-up, DOTI can now be found at Pearl River Mart in Chelsea Market, Dumbo Market Brooklyn, and H Mart East Village.
