Subra Coffee brings authentic South Indian filter coffee to the U.S., a rich, traditional brew that holds its own against Italian espresso. Named for the founder's family name and rooted in his heritage, Subra got its start handing out free cups at Astoria Open Streets before officially launching in 2026. Today the brand offers its signature decoction to cafés and restaurants, along with creative takes like cold brew, flavored profiles, and filter coffee espresso martinis.
