Owner's Story My business started as a side hobby during the pandemic. I was working as a full time graphic designer at the same time, but later quit so I can pursue my passion for baking. This freed up time to invest in the business and grow it to where it is now. I used the power of social media and local community events. I promoted myself at pop-up shops and temporary kiosks at malls and gained exposure. Chocolate chip cookies. After testing recipe after recipe, I finally settled on what I believe is the perfect chocolate chip cookie: a cookie that is thin, soft, and chewy. Unlike your typical thin and crispy chocolate chip cookies, this was something I felt was needed in the market.
In the few months that we’ve started, we are already in multiple restaurants and are continuing to grow our accounts. We’ve held pop-up shops in different malls on Long Island including Broadway and Smith Haven mall. We also had a kiosk at Broadway mall this past holiday season which did very well. The business has gained great exposure in its short infancy
