Description

Proudly served at family celebrations for over 30 years, our traditional home-style bread pudding is rich, sticky, and perfectly sweet. It represents joy, comfort, and the stories that celebrate our heritage.

Instead of focusing on being an over the top, viral-worthy dessert, our goal is to embrace tradition and share a piece of our history that would otherwise go unnoticed in a world of cupcakes and donuts. We make indulgent Puerto Rican style bread pudding. It's rich, dense, a bit sticky, and perfectly sweet - more common in the Caribbean and a tad different from the lighter brioche based bread pudding found at your local restaurant or market.

Owner's Story

I first started making bread pudding with my grandmother over twenty years ago. It wasn't until my grandmother's recent dementia diagnosis that I realized no one else in our family would be taking the reins to preserve the tradition of our beloved grandma's favorite dessert. If I didn't make it, how would my daughter and her cousins learn how special it was to the generations before them? So, about 8 months ago I decided to work towards not only preserving our family tradition, but also learning what was required to legally manufacture and sell our bread pudding in NYC. That's when we found Entrepreneur Space. We'll now make our first public debut next month at Grand Central Holiday Market on Small Business Saturday.
