Certification Standards

  1. Products must be fundamentally from Queens. This can mean physically manufactured, designed, and/or based in Queens
  2. Products must appeal to local Queens consumers
  3. Products must be made legally, according to all local rules and regulations
  4. Products must be made by a small, local manufacturer
  5. Edible products must be made in an appropriate environment for the food or drink manufactured (this usually means a licensed commercial kitchen)
